Depletion to Healthy

Recovering from Depletion to Healthy was a huge stint of relearning myself, my body and the damage I had done by neglecting what I knew was best for me.

Sleep was the hardest starting point . I no longer knew how to sleep more than a couple of hours at a time. It took me 6 months to train my circadian rhythms again.

Circadian is the clock of our body and the cycles we go through mostly unknowingly in a 24 hour cycle. To sleep we need to make sure there are no caffeine's or tannins in our body circulating after midday. This is the time our body prepares to go into the stage of slowing down. So it is preparing to get rest in the correct order of all our organs.

The organs have a 3 hour cycle in which they have work to repair and regenerate. We need to be aware of what our body is doing so we can assist it better.

I spent more time out in the wild and being physical and exercising. This helped to re regulate my body. I also went back to researching for the healthiest nutrients in supplements and more so in researching the damn rubbish they label on packets as being good for our body.
90% of ingredients are simply poison and by design.

Eating and drinking was a matter of clean filtered water and fresh fruit and vegetables. Unfortunately the organics or biodynamics are also poisoned by air water and soil. Buying these as a preference to conventional grown foods is a better choice but it still is not clean..

The journey back to health was about recovery of sleep, eating clean, exercising and being at peace.
