Cells have memory... You may have heard of muscles have memory if you have been to a muscle therapist of any modality.
So let me tell you about the memory your cells hold even decades after you stop taking any substance.
My dreams have always been so full on with action, violence and impact. This was after me taking drugs. Prior to drug abuse I would dream of dancing in the air everywhere I went.
The impression left in my cells from substances forming its own pattern within or epigenetics which it can also be known as was huge. I would dream I was snorting lines of cocaine and in my dream I could feel the high and I could also taste the cocaine going down my throat.
I am reiterating decades after not having any substance. This is how long it can take to change the impression as I call it, within the cells, to release and let it go.
